Privacy and local processing
Snapshot comparison runs in your browser. Understand what is retained, what is exported and which boundaries remain outside the tool.
Your snapshots
Pasted text and selected files are processed in page memory. This application has no upload endpoint, model API, analytics script, account or cloud history. It does not store inputs in cookies, localStorage or IndexedDB. It does not contact endpoints found in a configuration or tool definition.
Raw source is visible in the input fields until successful review or Clear session. Successful review clears those fields and retains a value-suppressed report plus a separate private changed-value inspector in page memory. Clear session removes both. Leaving the page also clears its application state. This does not securely erase browser process memory or operating-system copies.
Reports and identifiers
Exports are downloads you initiate. They omit argument, environment, header, description and schema values, along with URL userinfo, path, query and fragment. They retain field paths, server/tool names, executable basenames and endpoint origins. Identifiers and hostnames can contain sensitive information, so inspect the report before sharing it.
Browser extensions, screen capture, clipboard managers, browser session restore, device backups and downloads are outside this tool's control. A trusted local device and browser are part of the workflow.
Ordinary website requests
Loading the website requests its HTML, scripts, styles, fonts and images from the hosting service. The host may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP addresses and request logs, and set security cookies under its own terms. Cloudflare-backed hosting can set a __cf_bm bot-management cookie. These hosting controls are separate from this application's local comparison. Local processing does not mean visiting a hosted website creates no network traffic.
Links to documentation and other sites open those destinations only when you choose them. No advertising or tracking script is loaded in the workbench. Any future sponsorship must be labeled and must not receive snapshot data. See the publisher's disclosures.
